Latino Voices in Universal Heath Care:
A Regional Action Summit
Saturday, May 3 in Meriden, CT
Join Latino/a leaders from the North East in a new effort to bring Latino voices to the health care reform debate. Latinos have a stake in this issue, yet are vastly underrepresented in the decision-making process. Help us change the terms of the debate by adding your voice and vision to the process.
The summit is expected to draw Latino/a advocates, union workers, business executives, clergy, lawyers, journalists, medical professionals and others from a cross-section of industries. We will exchange stories and ideas, identify opportunities and tools to engage in the debate at the national and state level, and develop action plans and working groups.
With your voice ¡Sí se puede!
When: Saturday, May 3rd from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Sheraton 4-Points, 275 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT 06450
